Our finance partner can introduce you to a panel of lenders and their products and we do not offer advice. They do not charge you a fee for their services, and neither will we. Whichever lender you are introduced to however we/they will typically receive commission at a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. This is standard industry practice. Some lenders we or our partners work with could pay commission at different rates and we have had some influence over the interest rates offered and this may impact the amount you pay under the agreement you choose. In any case, the costs of any introduction will be accounted for in the margin of your agreement. You can ask our finance partner what they expect to earn and they will tell you.
Credit is subject to status. Information you give will be verified and a search carried out by a third party for the purposes laid out in the privacy notice, which you will opt into if you require finance, so that we can pass your information on to our finance partners.
Please make sure you can afford the repayments before entering into any installment agreement, as failure to make payments as they fall due could result in additional costs and you may find it more difficult to obtain credit in the future.
You can complain to us directly or by replying to our email about any aspect of the sales process. If you do so we will notify our partners where necessary without delay so that the complaint can be resolved as soon as possible. A complaints procedure will be provided to you.
