Annexe Solutions
Our most popular use for the Sunrise Lodge® is for extra accommodation to house relatives or guests, being winterised for year round use, any one of our lodges will do this job perfectly. We have a specialist team for siting on private land, and we deal with several major crane companies, so if there’s not a way in by road, we’ll find another!
Self Build/ Renovation Accommodation
Whether you’re building an extension on your house, doing a major refurbishment, or building a new home from scratch, the Sunrise Lodge is an ideal temporary home. Easily removable from the completed site without affecting the land, and we’ll offer you up to 60% back within 12 months, leaving you on site, out of rented, and with cash in pocket at the end of the build. In most case this works out a lot cheaper than renting.
Extra Space
This covers anything else you might want in your garden! As well as some extra space for relatives or visitors, some people have swimming pools or hot tubs, how about a pool house? Or a games room? We’ll leave it to your imagination!

A popular choice for fishing lake owners, double or triple your visitors and income with some accommodation, this caters not just to fishermen but anyone looking for a break in nature.
