If you’re one of the lucky one’s who’ve visited our showground in Essex, you’ll have seen this in the flesh! This is our stunning new office unit, from the same manufacturers who make our desirable range of Sunrise Lodges, and we loved it so much we thought we’d add it to the range.

Welcome to your new Garden Office! Unlike a lot of other garden homes, this one does not require any planning permission as it’s a mobile office. However, with the cladding and windows (yes you can choose from loads of colours and options!) you would never know its on wheels!

Step in through the enormous sliding patio doors into a beautifully bright reception room, this is a huge space (when we haven’t got all our furniture in it!) with bags of potential for a variety of businesses or crafts. With two large windows and a full wall of patio doors, this is a lovely room. The outside decking and internal furnishings aren’t included but can be provided at extra cost.

Through the door you have a fantastic little kitchen, compact yet well equipped! The spec we have includes an electric water heater, microwave oven and integrated fridge/freezer. This kitchen has bags of storage, as well as a full wall of deep wardrobes.

Through the last door you have the ‘back office’ (The Bosses!) another great sized room with windows on every wall possible, also included is the matching sideboard, and coffee table from the reception room.
