Sunrise Lodges is part of the longstanding family run business – Sunrise Holiday Homes based in Essex. After years in the market selling mobile homes from some of the top name brands we designed and produced our very own models. Using our expert knowledge, skills and experience we created our line of Sunrise Lodges – a quality product that we are extremely proud of.

• Buying a Sunrise Lodge to site on a park 

We supply park homes to two fantastic Essex holiday parks. One in Saddlebrook Chase, located in the sought after seaside town of Clacton on Sea and St. Lawrence Bay in Southminster. Plot availability will need to be checked with the individual parks themselves.  

Alternatively, we are able to supply onto any caravan park as long as you have checked with the park and have written permission to bring on a home that you have bought elsewhere. 

Unfortunately, around 90% of parks nowadays do not allow you to site your own home, so please ensure the right consent and approval is in place before purchasing from us or driving over to view.

All of our units are cleverly designed with practical living and wellbeing in mind to ensure that they deliver everything that a regular property would for all year round comfort. Integrating modern designs with clever layouts and specially selected interior fittings – our customers will be surprised by just how much our mobile park homes have to offer.

Sunrise Lodges – Quality Guaranteed

When you buy from Sunrise Lodges your home will come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers everything on and within the home. There are also separate, longer warranties on things such as appliances, windows, roof and the chassis as well as a 10-year warranty on CanExel cladding if you choose this option! 

Thanks to MB&G Direct we are proud to be one of just a select few suppliers in the country who are able to offer customers an insurance backed warranty – covering anything and everything on all of our homes for 12 months which can be extended for an additional 4-years (upon request).
