This model is our wheelchair accessible model – The  Sunrise Lodge ‘Oaktree’. This model is adapted with wider external and internal doors and has a professionally fitted wetroom! You can also choose a full bath or large shower option.

A generous overall size at 40ft x 13ft, The Oaktree Lodge has front opening french doors leading in to a spacious living area with a feature fireplace and a reinforced wall above with upper and lower points for TV & HDMI. There are also plenty of windows, flooding the room with natural light! The lounge area is spacious, with room for your own furniture or you can add a furniture pack for an additional £3000 (3 piece suite and dining set)

The modern kitchen is impressive with lots of work space and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, washer/dryer and oven & hob with extractor fan.

Both the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of space, with full sized single beds and wardrobe in the twin room and a double bed, with two double wardrobes in the master bedroom. All the internal and external doors are also extra wide to allow for wheelchair access.

Our Sunrise Lodges are fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, Gas central heating from a combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool 100mm boxed insulation, keeping you cosy year round!

Our Sunrise Lodges are the ideal self-contained annex solution, fully mobile, fully winterised and fully guaranteed.
