The Sunrise Lodge Annex range are made brand new for us by one of the biggest manufacturers in the UK, with 35 years experience in the mobile home industry, we know we are in good hands, and so are you!

Our Sunrise Lodge range are all fully winterised for year round use with Eco double glazed windows and doors, gas central heating from a combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool 100mm boxed insulation.

We have a range of models available on our show ground or you can place a new order for delivery in approximately 2-3 months. For new orders you can also choose from a range of external cladding colours with up to 10yr warranty!

This Lodge has it all!! Starting with a generous size at 40ft long x 13ft wide, the front patio doors take you straight into a semi open-plan living area which is full furnished with 3 piece suite, side unit, coffee table and a flame effect feature fireplace with a reinforced wall above with points for TV & HDMI. There are also lots of windows flooding this area with natural light.

The kitchen & dining area continues to impress, with lots of work space and cupboards, huge American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, integrated washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob with extractor fan and a dining set, this kitchens comes with everything you could need.

Down the hall you have the bedrooms; starting with an L-Shaped twin room, with free-standing single beds, mattress, radiator & wardrobes.

The larger master bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress, bedside tables, walk in wardrobe, dressing area and even an en-suite with shower!

Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, another good sized room with a bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator.
