Here we have our Sunrise Lodge ‘original’, which comes fully fitted with everything you need!

Sunrise Lodges are fully winterised for year-round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, gas central heating from a combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. The home comes in a choice of PVC cladding and window frame colours – (PVC Cladding included or Upgrade to CanExel for an additional £1,500 – £2,000, depending on the model size)

The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front-opening French doors. Throughout the space, you have fitted radiators, as well as a reinforced wall with upper and lower points for TV & HDMI.

The kitchen is impressive with lots of workspace and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and oven & hob with extractor fan. Down the hall, you have three bedrooms, all with beds & mattresses, radiators and wardrobes. The larger master bedroom fits a King-sized bed & bedside tables. It also benefits from fitted wardrobes and radiator heating,

Back across the hall, you have the main bathroom, a very good-sized room with a full-size bath, overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator. And also another spare toilet and basin room opposite. You can also choose a large shower option in this layout, if you prefer.
