The Sunrise Lodge Deluxe ‘Super’ is a generous 41ft x 13ft (internal measurement) with 3 bedrooms and spacious living throughout.
The Sunrise Lodge Annex range are all fully winterised making them suitable for residential and year round use. All of the windows and doors are Eco Double Glazed, providing a safe, modern, high end finish and efficient heat retention. The lodges contain full gas central heating from a combi boiler and are insulated with a heavy winter Rockwool insulation pack which helps to regulate the room temperatures year-round, in both the summer and winter months.
This model pictured has Black ‘Barn’ CanExel cladding and Graphite window Frames, however, if you want to tailor your lodge exterior to your own preferences then you can choose from our wide range of cladding colours with up to 10yr warranty. (PVC Cladding included or Upgrade to CanExel for an additional £1,500 – £2000 depending on the model size). There are also more customisation options on offer for things such as window frame colours that will help to compliment your choice of exterior.
This modern, open plan lodge provides plenty of living space and ample storage and radiators fitted throughout and has been cleverly designed to include all of the latest mod cons, electrical goods and home features.
The bright and airy carpeted living area has front opening French doors and large windows letting in lots of natural light with a contemporary fire bowl heater with stone cast surround taking center stage. The space is not only stylish but practical with well-placed upper and lower TV and HDMI points on the reinforced wall.
Through to the kitchen and dining area with functional wood effect floors there is ample space for cooking, socialising and eating. The impressive kitchen provides lots of worktop space as well as cupboards, drawers and storage. There are also integrated appliances – a large fridge / freezer, a washer / dryer, and an oven and hob with extractor fan.
Down the hall there are 3 spacious bedrooms all offering ample space to relax, sleep and store clothing and belongings.
The large master bedroom has a double bed and expertly designed storage making the most of the space with 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobes with drawers and over-bed cabinets.
The second bedroom provides freestanding single twin beds, a wardrobe with drawers, one side table and over-bed storage.
In the third bedroom you will find a single bed, large side table cupboard, wardrobe with drawers and additional over-bed storage.
The modern bathroom is a great size with a large enclosed shower, vanity basin, toilet and heated towel rail. There is also the option to choose a full size bath and overhead shower at no extra cost if you prefer.
This lodge is extremely versatile and can be used in a number of ways.
