• Exterior Specifications and Utilities

The Sheraton Lodge is top of the range and is fully winterised, built to BS3632 full residential Spec making them suitable for residential and year round use.

This premium model has fantastic aesthetics and is available with a wide range of exterior finishes and customisation options for things such as windows and cladding.

Finished in a stunning Mist Gray carafax cladding. This modern, high quality, low maintenance cladding also comes with a 10-year warranty for complete piece of mind.

This model comes with double glazed PVCu windows and doors including front open patio doors leading into the lounge that provide the opportunity to enjoy the views and bring in lots of natural light.

The central heating features a high-efficiency condensing combi boiler which in combination with well-placed radiators throughout, deliver effective warming all year round. It is also fitted with clever Trace heating, which is an effective system that helps to prevent frozen pipes in the winter months.

• Interior and Layout

The Sheraton provides bright, open plan, contemporary living with comfortable furniture, ample storage and attractive features throughout.

The living room is a great place to relax, socialise and watch TV with two comfortable freestanding sofas, a coffee table, scatter cushions, an electric burning wood fire with an attractive integrated surround, a TV Unit and even ceiling mounted speakers!

The open plan kitchen / diner is modern and practical, utilising every bit of space to deliver an impressive area to cook and feed the family. This comes with integrated appliances, a designer tap, plenty of storage and exclusive to the elite model a Velux window above the sink area which allows more natural light to flood in.

Down the hall there are 2 large bedrooms – a twin room and the master. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size ottoman bed with a lift up storage system and upholstered headboard, an impressive walk in wardrobe, tallboy unit, around the bed storage and shelving, a dressing table with a mirror and stool and bedside cabinets. There is even an en-suite that comes with a ¾ sized bath (this can be replaced with a shower instead), vanity sink, toilet, chrome towel rail, shave socket and built in storage.

The second bedroom has upholstered headboards and two 3ft wide single beds but could comfortable fit a double instead. This room also includes over bed storage, a wardrobe with drawers, a mirror and bedside table.

Across the hall is the main bathroom complete with a large enclosed shower, vanity sink, toilet, chrome towel rail, shave socket and built in storage.
