Sunrise Lodges all come with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of workspace, storage, all integrated appliances included plus a highly efficient combi boiler to keep the place cosy all year round!
For new orders you can choose from a wide range of claddings and window colours. This model has Olive PVC cladding with antique style windows.
Down the hall you have the very large bedroom; a full size King room, with walk through heated wardrobe, leading to the main shower room with fully enclosed shower, vanity sink, towel rail and toilet. A totally unique layout!
Most of our models are available for immediate delivery, however, after a very busy year please check before coming to view as they are selling out faster than ever! A new build order will take approximately 3-5 months depending on spec etc. Also please browse our other models so you can see the various exterior and interior colours to choose from.
The Annex range are all fully winterised for year round use with 100mm boxed in floors
