This is our newest addition to the Sunrise Lodge range – our Micro Lodge! We have a 1 bed 31×12 and this model a 2 bed 33×12. A modest overall size but still with a very large lounge, 2 bedrooms with storage, and all the important bits left in. This Sunrise Lodge comes fully fitted with everything you need, excluding the living room furniture, it includes kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, beds, mattresses, carpets, curtains and light fittings.

Sunrise Lodges are fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, gas central heating from combi boiler. This model is finished with stunning ‘Olive’ rigid vinyl low maintenance cladding, with 10yr warranty. Coupled with beautiful ‘Antique Style’ windows complimenting the Olive siding nicely.

The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front opening French doors. Throughout the space you have fitted radiators, as well as a reinforced wall with points for TV & HDMI. The kitchen is impressive with lots of workspace and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, oven & hob with extractor fan.

Down the hall you have two bedrooms; a twin or single room with beds, wardrobes and radiator. Then the larger master bedroom with double bed & bedside tables. It also benefits from fitted wardrobes and radiator heating.

Across the hall you have the main bathroom, a good sized room with a fully enclosed shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and radiator.
