Our Sunrise Original Lodge comes fully winterised for year round use, with Eco Double Glazed windows and doors, full gas central heating from combi boiler, and heavy winter rockwool insulation pack. This home comes with PVC Cladding included as standard or you can upgrade to CanExel as an optional Extra.

The living room is very bright and spacious with lots of windows and front opening French doors, it has fitted radiators and an electric flame effect fire, as well as a reinforced wall with points for TV. The kitchen is very impressive with lots of workspace and cupboards, integrated large fridge freezer, washer/ dryer and oven with extractor fan.

Down the hall you have the bedrooms; a twin room with freestanding single beds, mattresses, radiator and fitted storage. Then the impressive master bedroom with freestanding king size bed, bedside tables, extra depth wardrobes with shelves and rails, drawers, radiator heating and even an en-suite toilet.

Back across the hall you have the main bathroom, a good sized room with a full sized bath with overhead shower, toilet, vanity basin with storage and heated towel rail. (The bath can be replaced with a large shower at no extra cost!)
